FRAUD ALERT!!!
"INSTANT FUNDING SYSTEMS" IS NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS!FROM OREGON DOJ AND OADA
Eugene Ebersole has asked OADA to distribute the following fraud alert. Please contact Gene or the Postal Inspector if you have any information or questions.
Portland, Oregon November 17, 2005 From Eugene Ebersole:
"Instant Funding Systems is a total scam.
"I first had contact with this guy last year when I started getting calls from Chicago asking about a lending company with an address at Jantzen Beach. Turns out it was a Vancouver, WA con game being run out of mail box drop in Portland”
"I informed U.S. Postal Service Special Investigator Scott Helton and he ran with the case and shut down the mail box, but the guy fled the jurisdiction before he was prosecuted.”
"In a recent meeting with Scott he informed me that the guy is back and going heavy in Washington State and elsewhere in the country. I have no information that he is operating in Oregon.”
"This guy has no money and is a pure fraud.”
"Anyone contacted by "Instant Funding Systems" should get as much information as possible as to their location and any other information they can obtain and call Investigator Helton at (503) 279- 2079. He is putting a case together and can use any information you can give him.

"DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ANY MONEY OR ANY OF YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ANY CONSUMER'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION.
"LAST YEAR HE WAS PULLING $25,000 A SHOT OUT OF DEALER'S BANK ACCOUNTS!!"
